What you’ll do:

The trainee is an important part of the ICT team. You will be provided with hands on experience whilst working towards your Certificate IV in Information and Communications Technology. On a day-to-day basis you will be the first point of contact for all IT support enquries and assisting with equipment roll out and software installations.

What you need:

  • Capacity to complete the theoretical component of the traineeship
  • Must not hold a current Certificate III qualification or above in any field
  • Must be willing to obtain a paid Working with Children Check (at own cost)
  • Must be over 18 years of age and an Australian citizen/permanent resident
  • Hold a valid driver's licence
  • Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of the Microsoft suite
  • A passion for technology
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to be reliable, professional and punctual
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
  • Commitment to child safety and protection
  • Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
  • A good level of physical fitness
