Assurance Manager

  • Maximum term contract until April 2025,
  • Full time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday @ 7.6 hours per day
  • Wollongong Location

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead, coach, mentor, guide, enable and motivate staff. High level skills in project management including the co-ordination of a large number of concurrent projects.

As an assurance manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting Big Fat Smiles agreed internal National Quality Framework assurance program. In addition, you will work intensively with Centre Directors or centre teams to build the capacity of services identified at risk or in direct need of course correction.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor of Education or similar ACECQA Recognised Early Childhood Teacher level Qualification.
  • Cleared Valid for paid work, working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
  • A valid driver’s licence
  • Extensive Centre Director and Operations experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Framework
