We are a not for profit, community owned, non government organisation which provides high quality care and education for children through our community preschools and Out of School Hours Care services. We are also part of a national and state wide inclusion services as part of a National Consortia and operate many community based services to children and families. These include post natal depression groups, transition to school and supported playgroups.
What you’ll do
As the Marketing Coordinator you will develop digital and traditional media campaigns to build brand awareness and increase sales. You will also be responsible for lifecycle communications through eDM and multi-channel marketing activities, driving customer growth and retention and ensure clear communications across all Big Fat Smile Early Learning and Care Services, Fun Clubs, and emerging business programs. You will report on campaign performance by tracking and measuring cost per lead and cost per conversion targets.
