What you’ll do

As the Digital Campaign Specialist you will develop and implement lifecycle communication campaigns, in order to build brand awareness, increase sales. You will also be responsible for multi-channel marketing activities, driving customer growth and retention and ensure clear communications across all Big Fat Smile Early Learning and Care Services, Fun Clubs, and emerging business programs.

Through the implementation of marketing strategy activities, you are accountable via performance plans for driving utilisation revenue streams to meet the organisations acquisition and retention business targets – achieved by tracking and measuring cost per lead and cost per conversion targets.

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years proven proficiency developing and managing digital marketing campaigns (SEM, FB)
  • A love of measuring campaign performance, optimisation and market analysis
  • Proven ability to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers.
  • Experience implementing automated marketing campaigns through campaign management systems such as Mailchimp
  • Ability to think out of box and look at flow-on impacts of potential implementations and processes
  • Capable in visual graphic design through use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) highly regarded
  • A valid paid Working with Children Check
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • Demonstrated background in website content management, copy writing, advertising concepting, direct marketing e/mail, print and media advertising
