Big Fat Smile has wonderful opportunity for a motivated and to join our team as casual Fun Club (OOSH) Educator in our Goulburn Before and After School Care Services. As a Fun Club Educator you will play an integral role in the delivery of high quality care, supervision services and and care to all Children. You need great communication skills, understanding of children and the ability to work positively as part of a team!

Before School Care shifts are available from 6:30am to 9:00am and After School Care shifts from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. During School Holidays we also operate Vacation Care between 6:30am and 6:00pm. In addition to casual shifts, a nine week block of work is available to the right candidate from February 2020.

Selection Criteria:

  • Certificate IV (OSHC), Certificate III is desirable along with a minimum of two years’ of relatable experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, families and staff
  • Ability to work harmoniously within a team environment
  • A good level of physical fitness
  • Capacity to contribute actively to the efficient and effective operation/development of a high quality outside school hours care service
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety and the National Quality Framework
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Identify and Respond to Children at Risk certificate (desirable)
